Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We offer a 60-day return policy. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


How to Return

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@pakkable.com. We will assign you the corresponding logistics warehouse based on your location and provide all necessary instructions. Do not send your item back without contacting us first.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at contact@pakkable.com.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us at contact@pakkable.com.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by Pakkable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
